Perry, a relationship-driven real estate investment and services firm with offices in Boston and Hingham, MA, is pleased to announce the return of Maddie Johnson and Mike Crowley to the firm in new roles that reflect the company’s continued commitment to operational excellence.

Maddie Johnson rejoins A.W. Perry as Vice President, Property Management & Portfolio Operations, bringing a dynamic blend of operational expertise and strategic marketing insight. In this role, Maddie leads the property and asset management functions for A.W. Perry’s Downtown Boston commercial portfolio and supports the company’s South Shore holdings. She oversees building operations, tenant relations, leasing coordination, capital projects, and vendor management, while also directing the company’s marketing and digital strategy initiatives.

Prior to rejoining A.W. Perry, Maddie held roles at Bozzuto, Perry CRE, Pembroke, and most recently served as Marketing Director at The Davis Companies, where she led corporate and asset-level marketing and PR initiatives across a diverse real estate portfolio.

Mike Crowley also returns to A.W. Perry as Building Engineer, bringing extensive experience in HVAC systems, building automation, and facilities operations. Mike will play a critical role in the reactivation of One Tech, a key property in Rockland, MA, which is set to become the new headquarters for Rockland Trust in the fall of 2026. In addition to supporting Rockland Trust’s occupancy, Mike will be essential in ensuring the remaining 60,000 square feet at One Tech which is available for another key tenant or multi-tenant configuration is managed efficiently and prepared to meet the needs of future occupants.
