Professional Experience:
Tim joined A.W. Perry in 2022 and brings over 15 years of real estate accounting and finance experience. Tim is responsible for all accounting & finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), risk management, payroll, and information technology (IT) functions of the Company. Prior to A.W. Perry, Tim worked as a Director of Accounting for Winn Development and Controller for Winn Residential after starting his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their real estate assurance group.

Tim is a Certified Public Accountant currently licensed in MA and member of both the AICPA and MSCPA.
