Professional Experience:
Maddie Johnson rejoined A.W. Perry in 2025 as Vice President, Property Management & Portfolio Operations. In this role, she leads the property and asset management functions for A.W. Perry’s Downtown Boston commercial portfolio, and supports the companies South Shore holdings. Maddie is responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations, tenant relations, leasing coordination, capital projects, and vendor management. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high standards of service, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
In addition to her property operations responsibilities, Maddie directs the company’s marketing and digital strategy initiatives. She collaborates with asset managers, brokers, and project teams to develop targeted campaigns for leasing and repositioning efforts. Her expertise includes branding, site activation, and creative direction for commercial real estate projects, as well as managing budgets and agency relationships to align with strategic business goals.
Prior to rejoining A.W. Perry, Maddie held roles in marketing, sales, and leasing at Bozzuto and Perry CRE. She later served as Marketing Manager at Pembroke and most recently as Marketing Director at The Davis Companies, where she led strategic marketing initiatives, including corporate and asset-level PR, across a diverse real estate portfolio.
Professional & Civic Affiliations:
Maddie is an active member of CREW Boston, where she currently co-chairs the Rising Leaders group. She also volunteers with Friendship Home and serves on its junior board, the Friendship Council.
