Professional Experience:
Francis DeCoste has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate development industry. Prior to joining A.W. Perry in 2022, Fran served as the Chief Operating Officer with TR Advisors, LLC (2008 to 2022) and was responsible for directing the daily operations of TRA and overseeing all staff as well as focusing on transit-oriented development projects and public private partnerships in Boston, Chicago, and other markets across the country. Fran was also the Chief Executive Officer\Principal for Fox Properties\Bradford Development (1996 to 2008) a boutique luxury condominium development firm focused on the Greater Boston market. Earlier in his career Fran worked with Trammel Crow Residential and The Flatley Companies in various development roles in the Boston market.
In his career, he has successfully identified and negotiated site acquisitions, performed economic feasibility analysis, coordinated site and building designs, presented to the public proposals for the permitting and approval of projects, obtained both institutional and private financing and equity, and managed the sales, leasing and construction of retail, office, multi-family rental, luxury mid-rise condominium, single family homes and subdivisions throughout the country.
