Professional Experience:
Buzz joined A.W. Perry in 1985, and throughout his career has directed the company’s commercial development division and legal services. In March 2017, Buzz stepped back to a part time position and now serves as an Executive Consultant, providing development and legal expertise to the A.W. Perry team.
He is an active principal of TR Advisors, a Company affiliate that specializes in transportation and government real estate services working with both private and government entities.
Prior to joining Perry, Buzz was partner at Warner & Stackpole in Boston, remaining Of Counsel for many years. A past rugby player and avid outdoorsman, he has sea kayaked around the world and now aspires to fly fish for trout globally.
Professional and Civic Affiliations
Buzz is involved in leadership roles with The Trustees of the Reservation, the Environmental League of Massachusetts, The Old South Meeting House, the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust, Massachusetts Association of Regional Planning Agencies and Metropolitan Area Planning Council. He is also a member of the Boston Bar Association, The Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Buzz has served in appointed positions in numerous local, state and federal committees, including the Lincoln Planning Board, the Central Artery Environmental Oversight Committee, and the National Conservation Defense Council.
