Professional Experience

Susan Perry O’Day was appointed President of the Company in October 2020 and in this role is responsible for oversight of the overall strategic direction and operations of the Company. In 2023, Susan Perry O’Day was appointed as CEO.


A great-great granddaughter of our founder, Susan has served on the Company’s Board of Directors for more than 20 years. Her grandfather Arthur Wilcox and uncle Thomas Teuten also served as Presidents of the Company.


Over her thirty-five year career, she also served in senior management positions with Bristol Myers Squibb and CSX and most recently retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of The Walt Disney Company. In her time at Disney she led a large global team responsible for delivering technology to the company’s diverse media and entertainment businesses, was instrumental in acquiring and integrating key technology acquisition and was accountable for company cybersecurity functions.

Professional and Civic Affiliations

Susan proudly serves on the Executive Board of Directors of Special Olympics 2022 USA Games which is dedicated to the mission of opportunity for call. The games will welcome the stars of the USA Games; over ten thousand Special Olympics athletes, coaches and volunteers from all 50 states and the Caribbean. Susan has also been a member of The Miss Hall’s School Board of Trustees for over 25 years, serving in various capacities including Board President and currently is Chair of the Development Committee. Miss Hall’s School inspires and encourages each student to pursue the highest standards of learning and character; to contribute boldly and creatively to the common good; and to seek a purposeful life based on honor, respect, growth, and personal authenticity.
